Not able to download the backup file

    I have created backup using plugin. but when I try to download the backup it didn’t download. It says failed-No file.

    It is some sort of restriction from the hosting provider or security plugin.
    You can instead download the backup via FTP from wp-content/ai1wm-backups folder.

    I have talked to hosting provider they said they don’t see any restriction from their end

    I’m also having an issue downloading the backups. I’ve been using the Pro plugin for over a year with no issue and something has changed in the last few days. I’m able to create an export file but then when I click to download it it just opens a new (blank) tab. Workaround like you say is download the file in FTP, but something definitely seems to broken with the plugin at the moment. Using the latest version.
