I have a contact form 7 form on my site with a file upload field. Flamingo only seems to show the file name, and I can’t find the file anywhere on the server(uploads, plugin folder, etc). Is this the standard behavior, and if so is there a way to allow downloading the file attachment through flamingo?

On the WordPress version: I can’t update WordPress because of an incompatibility of two plugins caused by the custom post type changes in 4.6, which will break functionality on the site.

Flamingo doesn’t store uploaded files. It only stores text input.

I truly hope Flamingo will be able to show download link of attachments

I’m also looking for something that stores the uploaded files from the form online.
It would be great if Flamingo could do that.
Contact Form 7 moves the uploaded file to a temporary folder. Is it possible to keep the files there instead of removing?

    +1

The option to store the uploaded files in a permanent folder (and store at least the links to them in flamingo) would open up new use cases.

Contact Form 7 could be used to set up a customer area, for instance – storing all requests, uploaded files included when that is the case.

The “WordPress File Upload” plugin does store the uploaded file (in a folder of your own choosing), as its name implies, with additional data fields at will – there is a nifty built-in form builder, actually- , AND it does log any data submission in its dashboard viewer even if no files are uploaded .
