Not able to customize Theme after installing WordPress 4.8.2

I have installed latest version of wordpress 4.8.2 and I am not able to open any options in “Appearance” tab except for “Themes”. all other menus like Customise, Widgets, Menu, Theme Info etc., are showing error “Fatal error: Call to undefined method _WP_Editors::enqueue_default_editor() in /home/content/26/9542426/html/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 3090”. This problem is being faced with latest version only and earlier it used to work fine. I re-installed WP 4.8.2 twice to check in case there is any problem in installing WP, but no luck. Pls help

Hi,
After looking at other threads of the same topic, I suppose you are also using CKEditor.
The problem is with that plugin because it is outdated. You can disable it and site will work fine.
