Not able to customize the theme

  • When i enable the plugin and i go on aspect->personalization the spinner continue to load the customize menu but doesn’t finish the load (infinite spinner). What to do?

    We may need access to your wordpress to investigate. If your wordpress is online please send some credentials and your site url to support.

    I’m having a similar problem with this plug-in. Once it is activated, the customizer won’t fully load and displays the infinite spinner.

    Do you have php 5.3 ? Please update it to be at least 5.4.

    We will also include a fix in an update this week.

    Yes, I have php 5.6.

    I’m having the same issue with the mesmerize companion plugin. It was working until suddenly it stopped loading in the customizer page, right as I was working on it. I’ve tried reinstalling the theme and wordpress, and have isolated the issue to this plugin. I bought this theme because I am on deadline… starting to feel like a pretty lousy way to spend $80+.
