Not able to customize child theme

    Whenever I click ‘customize’, on my child theme, it always tells me to login again and displays the message “Session expired. Please log in again. You will not move away from this page.”

    I have re-logged in and it says that it was successful, but then takes me back to the login page.

    This login page is within the ‘customize’ page, it doesn’t kick me all the way back out. I can still press cancel and go back to whatever like adding plugins or creating posts, but just not use the theme editor.

    This means I cant change my header image as I cant find it located anywhere! I also cant create a background image.

    Can anyone help please?

    I contact my hosting provider tonight, and they sorted the problem within 1 hour. I really rate them, they are fantastic!!

    For anybody reading with the same/similar proble, they followed the information in this thread to fix it.
