Hi, Nicoquestions I agree it can be difficult to find if you haven’t been here much.
Here is the path that I use but be sure you’re logged in first
After you login hover over ‘Support’ for the dropdown> click Forums> This will take you to the list of forums. Scroll down to “Themes & Plugins” at the very bottom (don’t know why they would put the most popular one at the bottom) click on ‘plugins’
In the search bar type the name of the plugin and hit enter. This will take you to the plugin where you should find a “Support” tab. Click on that and you will find the support forum where you can look for your topic. If you can’t find it through “Search this forum” then next to the search bar you can start a new topic.

As to your question, I just use the “Bookings” plugin and after someone books me for a meeting I set up a Zoom meeting manually from my Zoom account.
If you want something a bit more robust then, of course, you’ll have to pay a premium for that. I have not found anything as of yet that will do that on the “freemium” side and personally, I can’t justify the cost because I don’t get that many bookings to be honest.
