Not able to Create Post using Page Layer

Hello,

I am trying to create a page using pagelayer but when I create a new page and publish it. The WordPress editor shows the following error message.

“YOUR site does not include support for the “pagelayer/pl_row” you can leave this block intact or remove”

I tried removing this block but the issue didn’t resolve.

When I switch to pagelayer mode, I am not able to add /delete rows and columns to it.
Even if I have created a fresh new page It shows the following code:
