Not able to create more rules for the same category.

  • Hi, i was trying to create more rules like count 30 to 59 10% discount, 60 to 100 products 20% discount. But it is taking only the first one which means 10%. Is it the problem with the priority. Can you please help me.

    Hi,
    Get the first rule and change the priority value with a higher value than the second rule.

    For example, if rule 1 has priority 2 and rule 2 has priority 3, then it changes the priority of rule 1 to 4.
