Not able to create a folder

I installed this plugin and later uninstalled and tried to delete the database from PHPMyAdmin but was unable to delete all database which is possible with other plugin but not with this plugin. However, I find it useful than other plugin and decide to install again and use it. I did the same but this time I am unable to create any new folder, not even my first new folder. It’s showing creating folder but not able to create any folder please do help me fix this issue. I want to use this plugin as free for now and as a pro in the very near future. Please solve this issue for me…
