    Hi,

I am using this plugin for newsletter and setup it with SMTP and DKIM.

But the problem is when I save settings with SMTP it show an Error.
“Not able to connected to “25” via port 25! You may not be able to send mails cause of the locked port 25. Please contact your host or choose a different delivery method!”

But when I go to System Info tab I found all ports are open. Below are the some info from system info tab.

    Delivery Method smtp
SMTP Port check 465:465 – closed [Invalid argument]
    Send at once 20
    Send limit 500
    Send period 24

Test Mail SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting

    Port 110 (pop3) open.
Port 995 closed [Connection timed out]
    Port 993 (imaps) open.
    Port 25 (smtp) open.
    Port 465 (urd) open.
    Port 587 (submission) open.

    * The above bold line is the problem.

Can you please give me a solution for this? This is kinda Urgent.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

That is for Pro version of the plugin. I am using Free version. I don’t have any purchase code. So that’s why I need support for the this free version in www.remarpro.com

If you can not give support in this platform then why you still keep your free plugin here?

Try to understand that I am using a free version of this plugin and I need support for this free plugin. I am not able to get your support by fillup the form (https://mailster.co/go/register/) with Purchase Code.

Hope you understand. And waiting for your help on that issue.

    Thanks.

There’s no free version atm but only a compatibility test. If you this plugin throws an error during the test we do not recommend Mailster unless you fix the problem.

If you can post your inquiry here though: mailster.co/contact

    Regards,
