Not able to ‘Connect’

I’m logged into WP Dashboard as my usual admin user account. After updating to Version 1.2.1, I’m not able to “Connect”. When I try, I see “You are offline” message (“Yith Live Chat” backend). No ‘USERS’ show up on the left (i.e. empty). I initiated a chat from another browser (Chrome) but don’t see any of the conversation when I’m in the WP Dashboard from Firefox browser. From Firebase app, I see “chat_messages”, “chat_sessions”, & “chat_users” from chat conversation I started in Chrome browser.
