Not able to connect with facebook

    When we are trying to configure plugin it ask to connect with facebook credentials. There it says You dont have sufficient rights contact admin.

    Just to confirm, you are not able to connect it successfully with Facebook due to the error you’ve encountered saying that you don’t have sufficient rights, is that correct? The error seems to be a user role issue.

    I recommend checking the accounts you used, both from WordPress and on Facebook. To check if the account you are using is set as the Administrator on WordPress, go to Users → All Users. Please also check the Facebook account you’re using to connect the plugin has the ‘Admin’ role on your Facebook page.

    Once you’ve checked both, and did not find any issues, can you share with us more information such as the screenshot of the error message you encountered? Kindly walk us through the steps you’ve taken, too, prior to encountering the error.
