  • I’m having the same issue. Spent the last 3 hours fighting with it. Wish I would have come here first so I wouldn’t have lost that time for nothing. I am trying to get this site build done ASAP so if I don’t see that Jetpack has resolved this problem within the next day or two I will, unfortunately, need to seek out alternative plugins that do work for what I need. ?? Very disappointing. I hope they figure it out quickly!

Abandoning Jetpack for the same reason. I never really understood why there should be a connection made with a wordpress.com user. Has always been very silly because I’m building sites based on www.remarpro.com. So, byebye JetPack and back to a long list of lesser functional scattered plugins. ??

Unless they decide to kill that registration nonsende from the plugin.

Im sure there is a good reason that you need to connect to wordpress.com but if you are still not happy and want to go a step further contact jetpack vai there website, jetpack.me or if you cant be bothered and want to just delete jetpack then no-one is stopping you but I’d just like to say that jetpack’s excelent support got me running…

I’ll try that. Somehow I got the impression Jetpack is made by WordPress. Must have been wrong in that. Hope they can solve this.

@aliceverheij I see you also commented on our blog; I contacted you via email earlier today.

@eldenroot @zeeshanaayan07 @melodominguez @eclipsedesignconcepts Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Activate the Jetpack Debugger module.
    3) Under the Jetpack menu item in your dashboard, click on Debug.
    4) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    5) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    6) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!
