Not able to connect to destination

I purchased the product, and also submitted several support requests but with no response. I am getting a red “x” for the password when trying to connect to the destination server.
I followed the instructions to delete the plugin after selecting to have all the files/database tables removed. I think re-installed without the strict connection.
What could be the problem?
