• I purchased the product, and also submitted several support requests but with no response. I am getting a red “x” for the password when trying to connect to the destination server.

I followed the instructions to delete the plugin after selecting to have all the files/database tables removed. I think re-installed without the strict connection.

    What could be the problem?

    Hello,

First off, be sure that there are no “Coming Soon” or maintenance mode plugins running. Also check that the permalinks are not set to the “Plain” but to any other option. And finally turn off any security plugins temporarily to see if they are causing an issue.

Let us know if that works. Thanks!

OK, thank you for the reply!

I checked those 3 things and we are using “non-plain” permalinks, no security plugins, and no maitenance mode plugins or coming soon.

One thing that occurred to me is that we are using an active directory plugin to auto-login users who are logged into the network. Would that possibly interfere with the way your plugin is authenticating?

Also, I purchased the plugin pack and submitted a support ticket but didn’t hear back. Should I be getting more timely support after purchasing the plugin?

By the way we just released Bulk Actions! You can check it out at https://wpsitesync.com
