Not able to connect to clipchamp account

    Hi,

    I have installed the latest version of plugin on my wordpress setup and tried to connect to clipchamp basic account to get API but its not working.
    When I click on “Connect your ClipChamp acount” button, its open a new tab for login but close automatically without login.

    However I am login on ClipChamp account but its not returnning any API key.

    Please let me know how I will get and connect to clipchamp API key?

    Hi,

    Can you please confirm that you’ve signed up to an API trial account at https://clipchamp.com/en/pricing/collect-api rather than a free account for one of our other products? An API trial account is required to connect the WordPress plugin.

    If you’re on an API trial account and the connection does not work then please try the connection in a new incognito browser window where you’re not already logged in to a Clipchamp account. This can help in order to avoid any issues with a potentially pre-existing Clipchamp account that is connected to one of our other products instead of the API.
