    I have followed this steps.

    1. Select OAuth – REST API from the dropdown and click on the authorise button.
    2. Entered username and and checked the checkbox.
    3. On next screen entered the password.
    4. After the login it’s taking to the Create a Shipment page. – https://prnt.sc/PKWj0gu9FsW3

    Hi @iambherulal
    Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry to hear that you encountered an issue.

    Please, try the following steps:
    1. Change the “API Type” from XML to OAuth.
    2. Please don’t click the authorize button, just press the save changes button first.
    3. Continue the authorization process as before, that is, press the “Authorize” button and try to authorize.

    If that doesn’t help, we had the same cases in the past and only creating a new account resolved the issue.

    The problem, is that, it redirects to the shipment creation page instead back to us. We, as the creators of the plugin, do not have the ability to manipulate where the authorization goes back to, it is done on the UPS side.

    Thank you @kotmateusz for the response i have followed the above steps but it is still taking me to the shipment creation page. I’ll try after the creating a new account.
