Not able to comment

Hello,
I am trying to test my website, since I recently uploaded it from wp.com to .org and now it seems that people can’t comment on my posts. I have tried on several computers.

I think it only occurs when you are not logged in on wp, but I’m not sure since I don’t know anybody whom can test this for me.

You get this error:
“Notice: It seems you have Javascript disabled in your Browser. In order to submit a comment to this post, please copy the code below the form and paste it along with your comment.”

does anybody know how I can solve this?
