Not able to change homepage

    Hello,
    I kindly ask for your help.
    I am using Idea Flow template. I just need my site to be 1 site and nothing else. I have modified a template which I would like my website to be. I have created a new site and applied the theme to new site (Pages-All pages-Quick edit-Template). I then set the new site as static on in WordPress Settings-Reading-Homepage.
    When I open the site, there is still some default-ish template shown and not the one I have chosen.
    When I reach the site directly trough its link it works fine, but I need it to appear as a homepage OR I need to change the default-ish template to the one I made.
    Steps I have tried:
    – theme is active
    – site is created and template is set
    – static page is linked to that site
    – disabled all plugins
    – WordPress verison 6.6.1.
    – went to permalinks and clicked save changes

    Hi, I’m sorry about the slow response!

    This is a block theme, all features are managed by the www.remarpro.com development team.
    Currently it haven’t been integrated, so that you can change front page in themes that has a front page.

    I’ll create a ticket for this on their feature request system for you, and ask for it to be implemented.

    The best solution right now is to edit the front page under appearance > editor > templates > front page

    There could be plugins that solve this issue too, I’m not completely sure though, but it is out of our hands to manage sadly
