not able to change colors

    In theme customize, when I change colors, not taking effect on the website. I checked the browser cache which is not the problem

    Hello,

    Have you tried to change the color through Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Colors?
    If yes, we need to check in your site to debug the issue. Please kindly send your WP Dashboard username and password at [email protected]

    I realized, you are not giving the option to change the primary colors. I unable to give access to you now. Will come back if I can not manage. Thank you for the response
