Not able to calculate shipping fee if purchase virtual and physical product

Hi @yltan

If a virtual product is loaded to the cart followed by a physical product, shipping fee won’t be charged.

Virtual products do not trigger shipping calculations as explained in this guide.

You can go for a custom coded solution to prevent loading virtual and physical products in the same order. There is no default way to do so.

We setup it as a multivendor store by using woocommerce and dokan for the multivendor

This is the screen shot if I purchase from 2 different store with physical product it able to work normally as below screen shot

Related to dokan plugin? I taught even with the dokan multivendor plugin the checkout page still using woocommerce

Even though the checkout page uses WooCommerce , it would be best to have the Dokan support team check the problem because the plugin is in use.
