Not able to Approve/Reject Vendor Applications

    I am using WC Multi-Vendor Marketplace. When I go to the Seller Vendors section in my Settings, I can see a list of all the Pending Sellers/Vendors awaiting my approval to become a Vendor. When I click on the Approve/Reject icon, for some users, nothing happens, but for other users, the Vendor Application window pop up fine and then I can Approve/Reject them. Why is this working for some Pending Vendors and not others?
    I have tried everything I can think of to resolve this.

    I can understand that it may me a separate plugin issue or javascript issue if it was not working for all of the pending vendors, but I can’t understand why it does work for some and not others.

    If anyone has any advice, it would be great!!! Thanks!
