Not able to add product image

    I have recently installed the spider catalog on my wordpress website and I am under process to create the catalog.

    I am trying to insert image in a added product but not able to add the image. I tried all the option of inserting through link, media and url but nothing is working. Also, the image size is only a few kbs.

    Could you please help me to fix it as soon as possible.
