not able to add paypal or even make changes in settings

  • Hi
    I just start using your Give donation plugins. my problem is that I am not able to make any changes in settings. I want to use paypal however when I enter paypal info and try to save it I am getting some error page

    what should I do?

    Here is what I do?
    Install plugin
    Created a form
    went into settings so as to select paypal and remove offline and test payment.
    enter paypal email
    click on save
    when I did that I got an error. its taking me to my directory page for cpanel

    That sounds like a plugin conflict. Please deactivate all other plugins. If it works as expected at that point, re-activate each plugin one by one until you encounter the problem again and let me know which plugin caused the conflict and I’ll look into a workaround.

    If after deactivating all other plugins it still doesn’t work correctly, let me know which theme you are using and I’ll try to replicate the behavior with that theme.
