    Hello!
    I just installed the Prohaus plumbing theme on my brand new website and installed woocommerce. I want to add some virtual products, but not able to add/edit the products, please see the screenshot below:

    It seems as though the entire site goes down and is unreachable when trying to editing the products.

    To further understand the issue, kindly share with us the following:
    * Does this also happen when you try to edit Pages from WP-Admin → Pages?
    * Are you able to find any relevant PHP error logs from your server that could potentially offer more info regarding the issue?

    Hi there,

    It looks like that these errors are coming from deleteme.wpambo.php, deleteme.wpb2lw.php, and deleteme.wp8qa3.php files on the root of your site, but these fatal errors happened on 30-Jun-2021, so I don’t think that it is related.

    Do you remember when exactly it started happening? Was it after adding a specific plugin, theme, or even after specific updates?

    It looks like that you might need a conflict test, but we might be able to help you further with these details. ??

    I don’t remember the exact date.But its a shared hosting and the files which you are referring are present in the other website folders also. Can we try deleting these files? I’ve deactivated all the plugins except woocommerce but the issue persists.

    Before deleting or renaming those files, I would suggest reaching out to the web host to make sure that won’t cause other problems.
