not able to add demo files

    Why is this area greyed out?

    I have the product as downloadable and cant even upload a demo file.

    Advice?

    Hello @jbartles

    Thank you very much for using our plugin. I’ve configured the product as downloadable and have installed the free plugin version, the plugin will play the audio files you entered in the list of files to download.

    Also i tried setting an audio file as the downloadable file.

    Altho i sell drum kits as zip files, So that wouldnt work for me anyways if i wanted to go that route?

    Hello @jbartles

    Please, go to the product settings and follow the steps below:

    1. Select an audio file from the downloadable files list.
    2. Tick the “Include music player.”.
    3. Tick the “all pages” option for the “Include in” attribute.

    And that’s all.

    If you are using Elementor to design the products templates, please, insert the playlist shortcode in the template but without the products_ids attribute:
