Not able to add data into page templates

  • I have made some custom template pages for my blog. But when i try to add data in those pages through wordpress, they are not shown.
    But when i use default template instead of my template, the data comes up.
    What could be the reason?
    Please help me out.

  • Probably your custom Page templates are not OK.
    Did you follow the instructions in the Codex? > Pages – see the templates section.
