Not able to activate the plugin

I have the same problem.

Seeing this when trying to activate:

looking for a solution too

I have found a solution:

1. Edit the file: mailchimp-woocommerce.php in the mailchimp-for-woocommerce plugin folder.
2. Comment out line 83
3. Activate the plugin
4. Uncomment the line, as the plugin is active and working again.

Thank you all for your feedback. I came across your post and wanted to let you know that this problem was addressed in a previous release. We discovered that the ‘activator’ had a small bug where it tried to load a class that was not ‘required’ yet, and this has been patched.

Could you grab the latest plugin and give it a try again and let us know how things go?
