• I recently moved the hosting on my WordPress website. My backend CMS is not allowing me to see or edit posts, images, permalinks, or anything. It basically just lets me edit profile, and see the K-stats plugin.

I can’t do any editing or adding pages, posts, or anything. Do you think it was a faulty WordPress installation?

  • Did you just change the hosting of your wordpress or did you change the domain name of the wordpress as well?

    hi,
eslucky is actually helping me with my website issues! someone else was developing the site for me, and i’m not sure if the domain name was changed when the hosting was changed. does the make a difference? how do you change the domain name of the wordpress?

The domain name is the same as it was before when hosted somewhere else.

If you have migrated all website contents and database, it should work without any problem. Sometimes the WordPress or other CMS do not work due to some PHP and Apache settings. You can contact your host to resolve this. In most cases PHP memory is the root cause of such issue. Generally hosts set less PHP memory in the configuration.
