Not a Valid Template after Migration

Hi have several websites that are getting the [not a valid template error]. Upon further inspection I can see that the file path is not correct and retains the path from the old site it was migrated from. Now a simple solution that has worked is changing the template style to caption manually.
Problem is I have many websites and hundreds of galleries that this needs to be done to.
I know the solution that has been presented frequently is to “Reset All Settings” option under Gallery Settings, but that does not work for sites with <img> tags. All galleries were created using the <img> nextgen tags with the caption template.
How can I update each of these sites to correct template file path easily without spending hours manually changing each galleries template?
