not a valid template

    @mikegibson – Were you using a custom NextGEN Legacy template?

    Did this happen after updating (from a relatively old version of NextGEN Gallery)?

    What is the specific shortcode you are using for the inserted display (one of the eight on that page would be fine)?

    I did not set this up… I’m just trying to fix it ?? so forgive me I’m not up to speed…

    The template is currently set to ‘no template selected’

    I’ve tried each one with no luck.

    To my knowledge it hasn’t been updated lately… but it is up to date.

    @mikegibson – I believe you are trying to show a theme’s page template file (please remember to wrap code appropriately with back ticks … typically seen on the same key as the ~ character).

    That being the case, have you tried temporarily switching to a default WordPress Twenty series theme and/or not using a template for the page with the inserted display on it?
