not a valid MVC template

  • I am trying to move my wordpress site to another hoster.
    All is OK exept NExtGen Plagin.
    The problem is in errors in ways, for example when opening gallery I see the following:

    RuntimeException thrown
    /var/www/u7865571/data/handlerspb.ru/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_basic_gallery/templates/thumbnails/index.php is not a valid MVC template

    It is the wrong way, it should be as follows:
    /var/www/u7865571/data/www/handlerspb.ru/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_basic_gallery/templates/thumbnails/index.php

    The mistake is in missing “www/” before “handlerspb.ru/”.

    Another example:
    When openin “other options” in admin arear I see the following^
    RuntimeException thrown
    /var/www/u7865571/data/handlerspb.ru/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_other_options/templates/image_options_tab.php is not a valid MVC template

    Please, help me.

    @linbpv – Can you submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a closer look at this issue?

    We will most likely need to get a set of log in credentials for your WordPress installation and may also need FTP credentials as well for our Support Team / Developers to work with, you can include those with the Bug Report.
