    when i click on the button downlaod and i get the email i try to open the pdf and get this message:

    1- Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open
    ‘Cursos-de-iniciacion.pdf’ because it is either not
    a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as
    an email attachment and wasn’t correctly decoded).

    2- safari when i click on the link give error ‘safari can not open connexion interrupted’

    i have also the PRO version opened 2 tickets last month and no answer

    We tried to answer your tickets, but we got a bounce error. We have therefore completed your contact form on your website to respond to your ticket in this way. Unfortunately, this apparently did not work out. We’re glad you’re reaching out through this forum so we can help you now.

    Some plugins or changes that you make to WordPress can cause extra spaces and/or line feeds (return characters) to be added to the output of every WordPress page. These extra characters can change and corrupt the download file. You could disable other plugins to see if that fixes your problem. If not, try to change your theme temporarily.

    Thanks it was a conflict with anotehr plugin, all is working fine now.
