Not a safe option: unexpected bugs everywhere

It’s the third time we lose a lot of appointments, randomly, without any reason. Suddenly and for the third time in a year, we started to receive clients showing their confirmation mails but… surprise! The Calendar is not showing nothing.
We’ve reported it to support, but they don’t seem to understand whats happening. They sense that it could be a problem with some tables that broke after an update… but this is not serious. It’s not when your business depends of this.
Definitely, this is not a solution for a business that needs to manage a lot of reservations. Bugs like this generate uncertainty and problems.
