Not a coder, please help with "Syntax Error"

Where did you download this theme from? You’ll need to ask them for help with this as commercial themes aren’t supported here. You can deactivate it and regain access to the site by renaming the theme’s folder –

wp-content
    themes
        openhouse_standard_versionHOLD

FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & rename the wp-content/themes/openhouse_standard_version folder to automatically activate the default theme.

Why is the site using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site may now have been hacked as a result? What is the site’s domain name?

See what I posted above – you will need to use FTP or other file manager your host provides to get access to the site files on the server. Looks like the site is hosted on GoDaddy, so this may be helpful:

I’m still having the error below for bobandsusierealestate.com, no-one seems to be able to give me a clear answer…I have access to the FTP files via Go Daddy, can anyone please help?? This is why WordPress should have phone support…
