    but rather some feedback/question:
Since i tend to surf with javascript-blockers enabled, fontAwesome-glyphs will not show by simply allowing java-scripts for the main page. These well-done icons will only appear when manually allowing maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com. Took me some time to figure that out.
Should i rather install the whole fontAwesome-zip on my server to avoid blanks where the icons are to be shown? Btw I am trying this right now but the call to font-awesome.min.css still makes enabling the connection to maxcdn… necessary.
Anyways, great Plugin and I’ll be on my way learning about webfont-integration.

I have to confess that I haven’t review the whole original code so I don’t know how to change something over there for now. I’ll take a look at it on Monday. ??

    Thanks for reading and answering!
I think it’s outside your responsibility since i used the .zip obtained directly from fontawesome.io and the …min.css, that contains the calls is obviously written by them.
(hopefully i will remember to post further observations here should i come up with a solution for this minor irritation…)

Add. – The described problem of glyphs not showing in my case only applies to Firefox (OSX 10.10.1, Firefox 33.1 and OSX 10.6.8, Fifefox 35.0 both run with NoScript and AdBlockEdge). Safari and iOS have no problem showing the icons correctly (iPad 3 w/ iOS 8, Safari and iCab mobile: ok; iPhone4 iOS 8, Safari: ok).

Got it solved (for me) by changing all urls at the beginning of shariff.min.css to the folder i created on my testdomain that contains the fonts downloaded from fontawesome.io.
Though this works fine at the moment i will have to redo my changes everytime the plugin is updated…
Should this topic be marked as resolved? I’ll leave this up to you.

I added it to my ToDo list for new features so we can mark the topic as resolved.
