    I have been using for a number of years, but lately I am seeing randon backup failures but I get no email to alert me. When it works, its great but you need 100% confidence in backups and I no longer do.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Email report requires proper configuration of SMTP server on the site and enabling of the email report.

    If you’ve done the above, we’d appreciate if you could contact us with all details for example, backup logs, so we could look into the issue and help you resolve it.

    In one of my support tickets you or Nicholas said that we could just rely on the default WordPress email and not necessarily using a SMTP plugin. That’s totally weird.
