noscript tag not using GTM ID

After the last update, noscript is as follows:

Container code compatibility mode set to “Off” (no tweak).
404 error on https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=1.

In public/frontend.php on line 692, the regex match boolean result is assigned to the var then used on line 695 to generate the noscript/iframe tag.
So I think instead of testing the format and then using the tag if correct, the boolean result is being used instead, so if the regex matches, we get an ID of 1 and if not we get an ID of 0.
