• I did not have any problems with the letters “?|, ??, ?¥” on my webblog before, but when i entered my site today. The letters have turned to ” ? “. How can this happen without me doing anything?

Login and go to Option/Reading. Is your encoding for pages and feeds set at utf-8?

If so, try changing it to iso-8859-1 . Please note, you may have to re-enter the mentioned characters in each post.

I have to re-enter the characters in EVERY post!?!? That’s like a million letters! Is there no other way!?

I’d usually not advise you to switch to iso-8859-15 (avoid -1 in any case!). But your problem looks weird. Your last few posts are corectly in utf-8. However, those from “Fortsatt d??gnvill!” and earlier plus your sidebar are in iso-8859-15. Did someone re-encode the database?
In this particular case, switching to iso-8859-15 and redoing only the last few posts might be the easiest choice. Otherwise, Stephanie has a good article on her blog.
