Norwegian language-files

I have sort of the same problem. The site is now up, but the language file is either corrupt or out of date. Doesn’t seem to work with WP 2.1.2. I tried looking elsewhere but it seems the developers have forgot about it.

Is there anyone that have Norwegian language file that we can get.
