real client order got randomly in test mode,so real money is now stuck somewhere

    Hi guys, i′m Ivo from Germany and i need some help & like to reach out to you guys.

    I have an live operating woocommerce online shop and there is one order that got paid by a normal client and the client paid with his real money.All other orders earlier or later got processed properly.

    For some reason this order landed under test order.

    It even shows that its has been a proper transaction and the client transferred real money which never arrived in stripe, except when i search for it in the test mode.

    Hope someone can help me, i dont feel comfortable having 200€ somewhere in the air.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Can you please also redact the sensitive info about your customer in the screenshots you shared? It’s not a good idea to share personal info in a public forum and it’s against the forum guidelines.
