Noob question: where may I “modify the $.featherlight.defaults directly?”
-
Dear wonderful plugin developers,
The documentation in Featherlight’s Github is so carefully and caringly written that I feel awful sending in a question which I should understand after reading what you’ve penned. (I’ve also looked through most of the witty posts in this plugin’s support forum.)
Undoubtedly, I’m a complete and absolute idiot when it comes to code. In lieu of me creating even more fatal errors, which files should I alter in order to “modify the $.featherlight.defaults” and achieve the following? —
openSpeed: 80, /* Duration of opening animation */ closeSpeed: 80, /* Duration of closing animation */ closeOnClick: 'anywhere', /* Close lightbox on click ('background', 'anywhere', or false) */ closeOnEsc: true, /* Close lightbox when pressing esc */
Shamefully, I do not know how to config object, and thereby have been utilizing WordPress’s Dashboard > Plugin > Editor to mess with the PHP and JS files…
Would anyone have the time to walk me through this as if I were 5 years old? Thank you so, so much for your patience in reading through this.
