Noob question: Form not showing up, just slug

    Hi,

    I’m sorry to bother you with this, but I tried searching the forum and I didn’t find what I was looking for.

    When I make a new form, I put the slug on the page I want to display the form. But it actually just states (i tried a few variations): [form-1] or form-1 instead of the actual form.

    I guess it ‘s just a first time user question, but i would like to get it working ??
