If you want to block accesses only from china, then:

    1. Select “Blacklist” as “Matching rule” at “Validation rule settings”.
    2. Put “ZZ,CN” as a country code into “Blacklist of country code”.
    3. Enable “Block by country” for all the targets at “Validation target settings”
    4. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of “Settings” tab.

After a few days, you’ll find many accesses blocked in “Logs” tab.

    Good luck!

I did exactly that, but only had CN and not ZZ,CN

Is that the cause? What does ZZ mean?

    Thanks.

Sory for my deficient answer. “ZZ” means “unknown country”. Actually, specifing only “CN” is OK.

    Hi
I added CH to my blacklist yesterday, as I was getting a Brute Force from there of around 6,000 visits.
Today I looked on the stats app and China is still the top visitor today.
Any clues why it still allows some China through?

Because stats app counts the visitors on the public facing pages and this plugin doesn’t block them, but blocks accesses to the backend such as admin area.

    Does it make sense?

Is there anyway to block China from the site completely?

The most easy way is to block using .htaccess. You can find the solution by https://www.google.com/search?q=.htaccess+deny+ip+address

Or https://docs.wordfence.com/en/Country_blocking is anothre solution. You need a premium license.
