• I am trying to simply re-order the player page so that the Profile is above the statistics. I have seen some post telling me to copy and rename the standard “page.php” file as “single-player.php” and edit but I just can’t see how to do this.

I can code php but I know nothing about wordpress – maybe that is the problem!!

I am using the rookie theme too, sp version 1.9.10

    THanks

    Hi Marc!

That is done actually under the plugin files, sportspress/templates/player-details.php

But that file is a bit tricky to edit, you could try outputting each section (for example using print_r ) so you can see what each variable does.

    Kind Regards,

Thanks for replying. I have looked at the player-details.php file but I can;t see how this determines the order of the sp_player page?

I’d like to show my player page in this order:

    Name
Profile (ie some text about the player)
    Picture – Details
    Statistics

    Doable?

    THanks

    Marc.
