cannot find a location for thumbnail issue

  • You need to access the files using a FTP client or the file manager within your cPanel if your host uses it. What they are saying is to download those files, unzip them, and then upload them into the plugins themes folders listed above. What theme is it? Where is the site hosted?

    Site is hosted at TSOhost the theme is by Templatic and called Video

    So it looks like you should have FTP access or cPanel.

    Okay, so once I figure out what that means and how to use it lol
    I have no idea about websites, I usually have a guy that sorts it out but he is on vacation.
