None of the “Subscribe to” links showing up in CPT podcast posts

Hi,
I’m a Blubrry hosting customer and successfully created a Podcast with PowerPress and a Custom Post Type. The feed is enabled via Podcast Channels within PowerPress. Feed validates and works: https://tamingthewolf.com/feed/podcast/.

In the PowerPress plugin settings “Destinations” tab I submitted to Apple (still waiting to hear from them), Blubrry, Stitcher, TuneIn, and Spotify. For the services that list the podcast so far (Blubrry, Stitcher, and TuneIn), I added destination links. See screenshot: https://tamingthewolf.com/powerpress-destinations-settings.png. (Separate issue: When I check the Podcast Publisher Tools on Google, it states “This RSS feed is not currently indexed by Google Podcasts” even though Google Webmaster Tools says URL is on Google and indexed.)

In the Powerpress plugin settings “Websites” tab under “Subscribe Links”, I selected all the above mentioned sites. See screenshot: https://tamingthewolf.com/powerpress-websites-subscribe-settings.png.

My main issue is that none of the “Subscribe to” links appear within podcast episode posts.

I’m using the Blubrry audio player and the Blubrry, Email, and RSS subscribe links all work.

I’m using a custom child theme and the Genesis Framework. I tried disabling plugins and switching to the default 2017 theme, but in both cases the links still didn’t show up. I do use W3 Total Cache but I cleared the cache many times. I tested and refreshed my browser cache on four separate browsers. I performed these tests multiple times over multiple days.

Is there any way to get the subscribe links to show up?
