None of the AI forms are working the generate button

  • the generate button just sits there in waiting mode with the loader just spinning over and over again, and no content gets generated.
    But the content writer works, but takes a long time for it to start writing.

    Is there a known issue going on today?

    There is no issue at the moment.

    Usually this happens because of site CSS. Can you check Chrome console log to see if there is any error there?

    it doesnt make sense, why does the free plugin work fine, but the premium version does not on the AI forms? very strange, yes I have been checkng, I will try something else,

    really? i already wasted 20 hours with this, it hasnt worked for that long, ok I will submit a ticket, its very frustrating, as have a licence for 2 active websites, and not one of them is working for the forms

    i sent the ticket. I also disabled cloudflare, deleted cache, history, temp files, and still not working… How can the free plugin work fine though?

    Yes, really. @senols knows that they cannot and must not support any customers on this site. That is not permitted for anyone and they would get into real trouble if they did that on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
