• I installed the plugin and logged into my account using the plugin. I have two lists on my mail chimp account and none of them are showing up.
    The message states: “Uh-oh, you don’t have any lists defined! Please visit MailChimp, login, and setup a list before using this tool!”

    How can I resolve this issue?

    Thanks for posting! Sorry to hear about the issues that you’re seeing with the plugin not being able to recognize the lists in the account. So that we can try and isolate the issue a bit further, would you be able to try connecting the plugin from a different browser? If the same “no lists’ error persists, can you try logging into the account from a different computer, and on a different network if possible? If you’re seeing the same error in all environments, feel free to post back here and I’d be happy to continue providing assistance.

    Also, can you confirm that the login credentials that you’re using are in fact an owner or admin on the account, rather than any other user type?

    I am having exactly the same problem as this person is and I have done everything which you have suggested doing as well. Any other suggestions?
