None existent Customer Support

  • BUYER BEWARE
    I purchased the pro version of this plugin. It created issues in several places in our website. Alignment of many areas were thrown off, side bar disappeared and displayed in the footer. Woocommerce itself displayed incorrectly in many areas. The list goes on and on.
    I contacted their support forum and email form on their website several times for weeks to get help. No contact and my forum posts never surfaced or were answered.
    I had to give up and replace this carousel slider on over 300+ products. Not happy about that at all.
    I will never purchase anything from them ever again or suggest to anyone else.
