Nonce unavailable if user is not logged in

Hello,

I would like to use the nonce functionality which is at false by default. When I use the “wpcf7_verify_nonce” filter and return true, the nonce is generated only for logged in users (line 697 in contact-form.php file).

Is there a reason to block nonce usage for non logged-in users?
